FAQ

Lets talk Clothing!

01

What is your process and turn around time?

When you call or email us, an order is created within our system. We will generally discuss the project with you and try to figure out what option (screen print, embroidery, heat transfers) best suits your needs. When we receive your artwork (or create your artwork in-house), a digital proof is sent along with your quote. Once you approve the quote, artwork, and we receive payment, the job is considered “ready for production”. Our production time (or turn around time) is generally 2 weeks. Once the job is complete, you will receive an email letting you know that it’s ready for pick-up.

03

I'm in a rush, can you print very quickly?

Loaded question, that always depends on what's already on our plate. However, many times we can make it happen. We have been known to turn around orders very quickly if the customer is in a rush and has the correct files. It never hurts to ask, but please if you’re on a deadline, let us know that right away so we can try to help you out.

02

What are the minimum orders? Do I have to get them all the same size and style?

Our minimum order for screen printing is 24 pieces. You can split this up between sizes, apparel colors, apparel types, as long as ink color(s)/print locations stay the same across all garments. There is no minimum for embroidery or heat transfers.

04

Ink color looks slightly different than what it looked like on the computer screen proof.

We do not guarantee color matching. The closest color of ink is always used. We have swatches of all of our inks in-house that you can choose from. If you have an exact color of ink you want us to use please let us know the PMS Color (additional costs).

05

I want a different brand of shirt than what you generally use, can you get them?

No problem, just let us know what brand and we will check with our suppliers. Any cost differences will be adjusted to the pricing on
our site and in our sales.

Some examples of things that will not work and will need to be recreated by our graphic design department (additional costs):

  • Business card size logos

  • Letterhead

  • Photocopies

  • Anything from a newspaper or other poorly printed source

  • Graphics from web sites

02

Do you do logos?

Yes, we design logos for businesses and individuals. If you’re from the area, there’s a great chance you’ve noticed our work without even knowing it!

03

How long does it take to design custom artwork?

Our artists are very skilled and can produce a custom design relatively quickly. It really depends on how many we have to do and how complicated they are. A simple design can be complete within a few days.
